This role involves collaborating with system and network leaders, school leaders and teachers, academics and discipline leaders with a focus on building capacity to build capacity in schools for more effective leading, teaching and learning. The work is founded on an unwavering line of sight to students and the diverse contexts and circumstances in which they learn and grow into 'confident and creative individuals - active and informed citizens'. The primary task of this collaborative work is understanding how to support the complex social ecologies of learning that exist in schools in ways that lead to optimal growth - personal, social, academic and professional.
