I have had a keen interest in food and all things culinary for over 40 years now,I am self taught chef, During the pandemic I decided that a change in career was in order and what better thing to do than my first love, cooking, I applied for several jobs as a chef but to no avail, I then got the break I needed when Westlands Country Park came calling.Prior to working at Westlands I was in the construction industry.Extensive experience within the plumbing and heating industry both UK and worldwide. Setting up and day to day running of several warehouses. Liaising with both consultants and contractors to secure projects both on the commercial and industrial areas. Able to communicate and liaise with people of all levels and work well both on own initiative and/or member of a team. Along with maturity, I offer a forward-thinking approach with a can-do attitude. Computer literate. Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Responsibilities have included supervision of staff, responsibility for setting budgets and meeting sales targets, Hands on training of Plumbers.
