Appointed Team leader for functions IT-Infrastructure, Servicedesk, Purchasing and Administration due to four gropes were combined into one team for better utilization and a better understanding between team members.Beside my role as a team leader i also had other project and duties and a few of them is listed below.· Interacted with the organization (HR, finance, facility and more) to have everyone understand and contribute to implement an identity management system (Microsoft forefront management or FIM). All data is stored in AD to be utilized for other applications based on their needs. (The goal was that everything was prepared and ready for the new usurers upon arrival and that under no circumstance there was any “unmanaged” active account, or accounts without any defined end date).· Create a first line support assisting other functions then IT (hr, finance, facility) and implement the support tools needed (Microsoft Service manager)· Implement a web shop where approval is based on organization structure and theinformation is always up to date as a result of the identity system project.· Implemented release/test procedures for SharePoint platform.· Integrate staff that arrives from other authority’s (involved in facility planning, coordination with network operators, network capacity planning (Network/AD) and printer setup)· Implement a Wireless solution with centralized management, guest access (guest tickets) and a phone network with AD policy that pre- configures clients and a preconfigured network access for all Iphone handhelds to utilize WIFI infrastructure for mail synchronization.· Support and maintain 150+ Servers (clustered Exchange 2007/SQL servers both on VMware and physical )
