I have over 25 years of experience from strategy, business, and organizational development in multicultural and global environments. I am driven by creating sustainable results based on the customer’s situation. It is important for me to get most, preferably all, of the employees onboard the change journey. The journey starts with consensus and co-creation in the management team and thus I often include management team development in my assignments.To challenge the customer’s management team(s) is a natural part of my work. The team adopts new perspectives and the ability to stretch themselves to reach new and more challenging goals.
