Together with the First Secretary, managed: - The overall Australian Aid Program's Peace and Stability portfolio in the Philippines, including contribution in the formulation, development and review of strategies and priorities.- The Australian grant facilities including the implementation of Supporting Peace in Mindanao (SPIM) small grant program and the development and initiation of Building Autonomous and Stable Institutions and Communities in the Bangsamoro (BASIC Bangsamoro). Beneficiaries of the grant facilities are local and international NGOs, education and research institutions and Philippine government agencies.- Managed contributions and relationships involved in multidonor facilities including the Facility for Strengthening Transitional Capacities (or FASTRAC co-administered by the United Nations Development Programme and The World Bank) and the Mindanao Trust Fund (or MTF administered by The World Bank).

- Provided technical and administrative support in the management and supervision of the Philippine-Australia Human Resource and Organisational Development Facility (PAHRODF).- Managed the Australia Awards Scholarships and Australia Awards Fellowships for AusAID Manila Post.- Managed the design, development and pilot implementation of the Australian In-Country Scholarship Program in the Philippines.

- Provided administrative and technical assistance (e.g. budget management, disbursements monitoring, development of advisers’ TORs and hiring of advisers/consultants, coordination with clients and partners, coordination with project team members, etc.) to several project teams in the rural development and environment unit in supervising various projects that are in different stages of the project/program cycle (e.g. design and approval, implementation supervision, monitorin and evaluation, etc.).- Liaised/Coordinated with partners and clients from the Philippine Government, local and international civil society members and Donor/Development community.- Assisted Project Team Leaders in ensuring timely and accurate adherence to Bank systems, procedures and service delivery standards for programs/projects they head.- Assist Project Team Leaders in managing various project teams, including their work programs, loads and operational budgets.

Philippines

- Managed Japan bilateral grant programs/projects in the conflict-affected areas of Mindanao under the peace and development portfolio, which include activities in the areas of peace-building, agriculture, capacity development of local government staff, and community-driven development.- Participated in project proposals assessment and project design missions under the Mindanao Peace and Development Portfolio.- Some of the programs handled were: a. Rice-based Farming systems Training and Support Program for ARMM (implemented by Philippine Rice Research Institute) b. Capacity Building Program for Peacebuilding in Mindanao (implemented by Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process) c. Socio-economic Reconstruction and Development of Conflict Affected Areas in Mindanao (implemented by Katahira & Engineers International and IC Net Ltd)

Part of the Cabinet Secretariat that was responsible for :- Preparation for Cabinet-level meetings chaired by the President or other members of the Cabinet. This entails conference management tasks and all logistical arrangements of meeting venues within and outside the Presidential Palace, and ensuring all documents, presentations and other aspects of the meetings are ready and in order.- Ensuring that protocols appropriate for the President and the Cabinet members are followed during Cabinet meetings.- Providing secretariat and technical support prior, during and after Cabinet-level meetings. This include the drafting of meeting agenda, minutes, highlights, action points and including Presidential Policy Notes and Directives resulting from these meetings.
