Report to the Chief Procurement OfficerTo procure spares & MRO materials both locally and internationally from the right supplier at the right price and at the right time.To liase with Engineers & Warehouse personal to make sure the right product is source using the right specifications and arrive at the right plant for storage.To liase with Accounts Payable Clerks to make sure all materials have been received and goods receipt for payment to suppliers. contact suppliers for the necessary credit advices on short shipments.To liase with Production & Material Planners on the spares material planning requirements as well as the various Asset Care Departments to make sure the order requirements are correct before seeking quotations for purchase.Liase with Postmix Management on the sourcing of equipment and spares for the coolers in addition seeking to get the right specifications for all Cold Drink Equipment Coolers and spares.Exercise a high level of communication to all internal and external customers and showcase a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in the day to day task.
