Responsible for the team of client PM's undertaking development management and operational contract management of consultants and fit-out contractors delivering the regional centres for HMRC's estate strategy, worth over £450 million.

Responsible for appraisals and due diligence prior to site acquisition. Appointed, managed and led consultants to deliver planning permissions and then procured and led the delivery of our Construction Works, through to completion and subsequent disposal. Notable projects include over 500,000 sq ft of grade A commercial offices at Quorum Business Park, Newcastle; Regeneration and planning for a mixed use scheme at the site of the former Terry's Chocolate works in York; Restoration and conversion of the listed building known as The Bonding Warehouse in York; sixteen unit residential scheme around a listed building in Malton.Developed and implemented a Quality Assurance process for our activities gaining accreditation from BSi to BS9001.

Responsible for leading the private sector commercial business unit comprising of service teams for Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying and Health and Safety.
