Led a team of application specialists as we work to improve the end-user experience in the EMR. This means balancing projects related to organizational growth, new products and technology as well as optimization efforts.The primary focus was the ambulatory setting where our team supported close to fifty clinics with more joining the fold.

I work with applications used in the acute care and ambulatory care settings of our hospital. This includes our primary EMR (Meditech) and ancillary applications used in the NICU, OB, Surgical Services, Anesthesia and by our Gastroenterologists.Responsibilities have included:-Project Manager for net-new communication tool across all disciplines with technology adopted by 1000+ users-Led three Ambulatory Surgery Centers and main Surgical Services department from paper documentation to electronic documentation-Project lead for other software upgrades and implementations-Report writing using SQL and Meditech Report Designer-Developing data dashboards in our Business and Clinical Analytics program-Go-Live support and ongoing application support for providers and other clinicians-Workflow review-Optimization and documentation re-design as needed

Provided support for a surgical software application and scheduling solution for McKesson.
