Oversaw a 4 diamond full service property including: IT, Phone and Data systems, All mechanical systems, HVAC, Preventative Maintenance. Directed a crew of engineers and trained to keep up to date with technology and customer service skills. I also completed extensive Due Diligence inspections for corporate office of new prospective properties. Then would take part in transition of the acquired properties.

Responsible for working with engineers to build the electrical and mechanical movements for the Acela Train in service on the East Coast. First high speed rail in north America. Build 15,000 connection breaker panels, including many types of plugs, connection and terminal board wiring. Ran over 65 miles of wire in a 50' dining car.
