CurrentDr. Canning has over 30 years of experience with all phases of veterinary pharmaceutical product discovery and development. His unique insights into the animal health industry and ability to lead productive development teams have resulted in several successful products targeting both food and companion animals. His background has included roles in public and private sector organizations including early phase startups and multinational pharmaceutical firms. Since retiring from Elanco Animal Health, he is currently available to provide consulting services to companies interested in biotherapeutic agents such as recombinant cytokines and Mab for animal health applications. He also provides animal health industry expertise to financial firms seeking insights into the animal health industry.
