To whom it may concern: Upon beginning my search for an internship for the summer of 2019, I was immediately drawn to your company due to the work that you do and its similarity to my future professional interests. Although I do not know any experience in an internship position at this time, I do have many transferable skills which will allow me to be successful with your company. Firstly, my GPA is currently a 3.51 which shows my expertise in the fundamental details of the profession and my willingness to put in the work necessary to learn as much about them as I can before I begin my professional career. Secondly although my work experience is not directly related to engineering, I took away many lessons which will hep me in this domain. Working at Hillside Farms taught me to be appreciative of all the opportunities I am afforded and put the work in to make the most of them. My time as a clerk at Rite Aid Pharmacies taught me the value of patience and elevated my ability to work with others. Lastly, my time as Secretary of the E-House Thon committee also taught me how to work with others towards a common goal while honing my organization and planning skills.
