The role encompassed direct responsibility for worldwide certification teams spanning all first and third party published content across the platform, ensuring final product quality and policy adherence across the Xbox Live service on Windows, Windows Phone and complete Xbox product range.I have strong experience in Quality Management tools and techniques.
