Homecare Choices launched personal care services for residents of Cape Cod and the Islands in 2016. We prioritize client Voice and Choice and take a care coordination and problem solving approach. The power to have your life, your way can be as simple as having a trusted partner to support the small things. It extends to feeling truly comfortable with a care giver who can assist with hygiene, cooking and reminders that preserve health and safety.

Co-lead development of a prevention pillar of work for a large nonprofit operating programs in a nine states. Responsible for developing services and strategies that showcase the effectiveness of innovative approaches. Specific responsibilities include: • Develop multiple low-cost innovation models for demonstration projects to be embedded in schools, housing developments and communities • Strengthen collaborative partnerships with police, schools and other agencies • Review and adapt programs for greater capacity, compliance and impact• Supervision and support for independent community based initiatives • Collaborate with external partners on film, arts and social marketing strategies • Cultivate and secure major gifts from public and private funders • Manage donor relationships for sustained buy-in

Worked with an accreditation advocate from the Child Welfare League of America to create the first international replication model of the Council on Accreditation (COA). Specific responsibilities included:• Board development and fundraising with Board support• Development of policies, procedures, handbooks and adapted standards through a process of input and Board participation• Education and capacity building guidance for candidate and member groups • Co-led the development of a human service membership group that hosts related training and consultation• Consulted with applicant agencies to ensure that they were able to prepare for and succeed within the process• Hosted the annual peer review process and subsequent press conference in partnership with the Bermuda Government • Accredited the lead human service agencies from the public and private sectors• Certified the lead non profit organizations (non human service)

Co-developer of leading Bermuda nonprofit serving children and families with mental health, prevention and community development pillars of service. Served as program director for 10 years and then advanced the reach of the organization as development director. Specific responsibilities included:• Developed programming and outcomes management systems to support a full range of service intensities to families in-crisis • Led on the development of ongoing school and community based initiatives• Supervised a high performing team, including clinical director, clinicians, caseworkers and administrative staff • Led on policy and procedure development and systems management for program, supervision, fund development and quality assurance • Led the charge to become the first internationally accredited Bermuda non profit • Led the strategy and execution of annual campaigns supporting a budget of $2,500,000 • Acted as advocate, public speaker and author of frequent proposals, collateral and articles to advance the mission of the organization• Led collaboration with advertising firm to advance social change agenda
