From 1992 until 1997 managed the Business Travel division of Jayes / Traveland with a staff of 12.Worked overseas with Westpac Travel in Port Moresby & Arawa, PNG (1986-88) and at ANZA Travel in Toronto Canada (1997-98). Leisure / Holiday Travel since 1997 to now, working with Traveland Hunter, Travel World Newcastle West and Jetset Newcastle (Jun'06-Jul'13). Commenced with Travel Managers Aug'13.

My travel experience has been gathered over many years and the knowledge and skills that I have developed allow me to cover a wide range of specialties. Ranging from family holidays in the Australia, the South Pacific, Asia and the USA, to involved tailored itineraries in Europe and the North America. Combine this with an extensive cruise product knowledge gained through various online training courses, ship inspections and actual cruising itself. I believe I offer a complete travel service to my clients with customer service being my focus.

All styles of travel from domestic trips to Ayers Rock or Kakadu, to family holidays in Fiji, Bali & the USA, to involved European itineraries which might include River Cruise or a Mediterranean Cruise. Economy to First class travel arrangements, so able to assist a wide variety of client requirements.
