I have had multiple roles during our evolution, from managing FEED projects, EPC contract development to Project Director of our LNG storage tanks, Mississippi River levee bridge crossing and building subcontracts.

Livorno Area, Italy

Responsible for all company operations - technical, permitting, legal and financial - of the € 900 M offshore regasification terminal. Built up the company organisation from the beginning, managing the recruitment of all permanent staff and office relocation from Milan to Livorno, managed the process to achieve ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 certification and contract tender evaluation / award of the O&M and marine support services contracts. During the project phase, managed the Project Management Team overseeing the EPC contract execution and extensive permit application process.

Represented E.ON's interest as Managing Director of the Joint Venture company OLT Offshore LNG Toscana SpA, assigned to Milan Italy until June 2013 and then to Livorno, Italy. Responsible for managing the operating company and reporting to EGC Board of Management.
