Peter has extensive knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry and works at Queensland Theatre as Venue and Bar Manager. As the leading face of the Front of House team, Peter is an integral part of your Queensland Theatre experience.Peter’s career has taken him all over the world– including working in a UK boarding school with its own amusement park and Go-karting track, guiding white water journeys, dressing as a stockman to serve over 1000 meals in under 9 minutes, and managing a restaurant on Moreton Island. A passion for people sits at the heart of what Peter does, centreing his focus on the customer experience in all roles.As an aspiring creative, Peter endeavours to surround himself with art of all mediums and allows inspiration to drive his practice. Peter is intrigued by the space that exists between artist and audience, and it is here that he feels he can make the greatest difference. Outside of Queensland Theatre, Peter has engaged with theatre as an actor, cabaret performer, set designer, and as the production manager for Underground Theatre Company.As a driven artist, hospitality professional and all-round people person, Peter enthusiastically integrates his passions for customer service and the arts in his role as Venue and Bar Manager.
