Mar 24 - Whai Mauri Ora development now has residents. The 12 hectares of earthworks have been successfully completed, and major civils infrastructure put in place, and high quality villas being turned out consistently. We've fine tuned a efficient delivery system which is proving Arvida with great value for money whilst also maintaining a positive contractor working relationship. Arvida nationally have me working on benchmarking to try and recreate our Waikato success nationally. Sep 2022 - Finishing at Livingstone with a successful tender and procurement on a New World store, whilst successfully managing other commercial developments, I have now joined the ever growing healthcare provider Arvida. With a great pipeline of development planned, it's full steam ahead providing amazing quality, whilst trying to smash targets. Jun 2021 - Helping deliver Tristram Precinct as part of the Livingstone Building NZ Limited team has been an amazing opportunity for my career and my learning. A building to be proud of.Dec 2019 - Recently qualifying top of my class, my QS career is still in its early stages, but I bring experience in the construction industry from three different countries and a history of success in all previous roles.Value Insight Ltd, allowed me to be part of a variety of different tasks. Highlights of which included concrete take-offs for skyscrapers, complex detective work, variation processing for large national jobs and measure & value work throughout Hamilton.Now at Livingstone I have hit the ground running, working on a landmark building in the centre of Hamilton. Again, I have the great opportunity to learn from, and work alongside a talented and highly skilled team. I'm passionate about construction. I'm excited about my future, and I will work tirelessly to learn, grow and achieve success as a quantity surveyor.
