Prior to my role as Contracts Manager, I was an office and site based Project Manager handling numerous projects from concept/ tender to contract completion. As Contracts Manager, I was responsible for the management of a 12 strong team, which generated approximately £15 million a year, completing projects from concept brief or outline to completion. From a 4 year electrical apprenticeship to electrician up to project management, I have been involved with electrical engineering for the last 20 years. My role within the company is to oversee the commercial / client relationship side of the company and ensure that we deliver a quality and safe project which meets the customer's satisfaction.
