Managing Director, Partner of NG since May 2019.NG secured the central European distribution agreement for a US based footwear and lifestyle brand. In line with strategy the distribution initiated via direct Ecom and wholesale as a mean to establish and seed the awareness of the brand in central Europe. NG exited the investment and has since developed the HOLMEN Copenhagen brand from idea to actualisation as well as NG advise brands and businesses on GTM strategies internationally.Prior to the establishment of NG, I was the Chief Operating Officer of PT. Mitra Adiperkasa, a sports retail leader operating in South East Asia. During his tenure the company was listed on the Jakarta stock exchange and I was promoted Head of Sports, region. Previously, I served as Chief Operating Officer and acting CEO, Board Member at Alyasra Fashion Retail Group, a group with multiple divisions focused on premium/lux brands across 9 markets in the GCC region with >60 brand partners. In the mentioned roles I managed all teams, finance & investments and the establishment of the 5 year strategic transformation plan working directly with the group Chairman and boards. In the Middle East I also worked as a Director in the Alshaya group, where I led the turn-around of a legacy department store business receiving recognition as best international partner, outstanding profit and more. As Director of retail at Helly Hansen, Adidas/Reebok and ECCO I led multinational and cultural teams within all aspects of best practices in retail, ecommerce, franchise partners, property, training, merchandising etc. with specific focus on expansion in China, India, Japan, Korea, SEA, US, Canada and covering more markets.Essentially working towards sharpening the brand profile, communicating and building lasting relationships with business partners and customers is a passion.
