All development is done on the Iseries using RPG ILE, CL, DDS, and Embedded SQL.• Managed the upgrade of Manhattan WMi version 2004 environment to version 2009. The upgrade was completed using both internal and external resources. Was responsible for all defining the requirements that led to the modifications to support existing functionality, responsible for the base configuration and custom modification to support all MHE interfaces. • Responsible for the project management to bring our new warehouse in Alabama on-line . This included the installation and configuration of the Manhattan WMi System, and all interfaces to the MHE and Host systems. By using only internal resources, we were able to save the organization nearly 500 thousand dollars in professional services fees. Responsible for all custom development using Manhattan Associates programming standards. • Managed the upgrade of our Manhattan WMi System from version 2001 to version 2009. This upgrade was done to support the implementation of our E-commerce Fulfillment Center to a fully automated system. This was accomplished by interfacing several systems together. The systems included Dematic MHE and Multi-shuttle systems, as well as the Buemer cross-belt sortation system. • Responsible for the Project Management to Implemented the Tradestone Purchase Order Management and Supply Chain Visibility System. This process allows the Production and Global logistics team to track their merchandise from the supplier through to the store.

Responsible for builting interfaces to the PO and allocation system, this allows for allocations to occur prior to receiving. creating significant savings in handling costs and building greater efficiencies by reducing receiving errors.• Managed a review, selection and implementation process for Corporate, Product, Location and Assortment Planning package. This process led to a detailed RFP and demo. Build all required technical specifications and coordinated the interface developed using both onsite and offshore development resources. Implementation was scheduled and completed on time and under budget. The Maple Lake Planning system has created a significant savings in reduced markdowns, leaner inventory and improved margins. • Implemented a Warehouse Sortation System and necessary interfaces to the Island Pacific Merchandising System. • Managed the project to upgrade the Island Pacific Retail System from version 1.3 to 1.5, this included the re-engineering of over 400 programs to accommodate the increased functionality of the new version. • Managed the implementation of a Vendor Direct Auto Replenishment System. This in-house developed application allowed the vendor to pre-ticket goods and produce shipping labels that could be used by our 3PL to ship directly to the stores. This allowed corporate to have visibility to the goods earlier in the supply chain, as well as saving over 2 million dollars the first year in handling costs.
