My professional work experience is based on more than 15 years operating in the tourism industry. During this time I worked as a project manager, international travel consultant, travel agent, tour director and tour guide. All of these roles demand honesty, a high degree of professionalism, responsibility and tidiness. The most important abilities I have developed while working in tourism are efficient problem solving, decision-making and excelent customer service. My skill set consists of consulting and arranging travel plans, organization of private events, public speaking and much more.
