Mr. Chadwick has significant experience leading healthcare providers through transformations, including public private partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, healthcare districts, and leading systems through bankruptcy.Operational Turnarounds: Developing and implementing expedited operational turnarounds utilizing BRG’s technical specialists in clinical and operational functions (i.e., RCM, CDI, physician networks, labor, supply chain, etc.) along with BRG’s data analytics products (i.e., physician productivity, labor utilization, revenue cycle dashboard) and proprietary artificial intelligence products (i.e., physician scheduling). Leading Transactions that Ensure Continuity of Care: Working with public entities (city and county hospitals), public private partnerships (healthcare districts, government sponsored transactions) to facilitate partnerships that reduce the need for state funding of safety net hospitals.
