In this position I undertook many roles to meet the needs of the hugely changing company EE. EE has outsourced it's IT systems to TSL and I was retained by EE to work in the following areas:Operational management of the IT outsource agreements. Application Rationalisation.Network Transition.Retail Systems ExpertCommercial and technical validation of all proposed solutions.System health checks and high priority fault investigation.Projects I was heavily involved in:Retail: An extensive piece of work to merge our store till systems for all our T-Mobile & Orange shops.Retail: An immense project to create and move all our stores on to one network.IT Network: A major programme to move all our datacentres, offices, switch sites & call centres to one new network.

I worked independently across Operations and provided a technical focal point for end to end service support. I liaised cross functionally across IT &Networks, drawing on my own expertise and other system specialists, coordinating virtual support teams comprised of internal resource, multiple vendors and outsourced partners to ensure the availability and performance of business and technical services. I made recommendations to system owners where required on system improvements, monitoring, reporting, to facilitate the continual, seamless delivery of services across the IT estate.

I supported revenue generating services, Answerphone, Caller Ringtones and Traffic Master. I played a large part in a very successful £20M consolidation project, moving 18M mailboxes seamlessly. Introduced large cost savings by utilising new software and reducing licensing costs. Maintained high availability of the systems achieving all SLA's.

At NWMS I supported the live mortgage systems, the IT backbone of the company. I gained my mainframe expertise here which then allowed me to choice between industries.

At Natwest I was responsible for handling accounts of up to £1M.
