My role was to co-ordinate the Export from Australia and cross trade exports from Taiwan, China, France and USA.• Entre Customer orders into ABM system • Enter Purchase order into ABM and email them to the suppliers.• Once the goods have been picked and packed by the suppliers allocate stock to the orders, then invoice to the customers.• Arrange shipment bookings with various freight agents.• Complete Export Documentation and Electronic COO’s• Close working relationship with the International Sales department.

In my role as the Documentation and Logistics manager was to improve the export logistics and documentation process with in the business, I manager several staff within my department and reported directly to the General Manager. Since I started my position with Fayman we have been able increase the business shipment transactions from 30 month to over 100 per month, this was achieved by improving the business’s processors, which increase staff’s productivity levels • Arrange shipment bookings with various shipping line.• Liaise with shipping line to obtain contracted freight rates for the various countries we shipped to.• Liaise with our customers on shipping schedules.• Raise proforma invoices for requesting deposits from buyers. • Issue Letters of Credits on suppliers and receive letters of credits from Buyers.• Raise EDN’s & RFP’s for Meat, Seafood, inedible, feeds and protein’s into their Export Documentation software program Ozdocs.• Submit Electronically the Shipment Booking to the Shipping Companies for the Electronic Bill of Lading.• Enter the Export Orders into their Export Documentation software program ExportIt Plus• Enter the Export Orders into their Export Documentation software program Ozdocs.• Obtain confirmation from the Processing Establishment that all Containers have been packed and sent to the Port.• Finalise the Export Documents and submit them to the customer for payment prior to despatching the original documents.
