Peter has had over 30 years of senior management experience in the foodservice and retail business sectors having lived and worked across several key burgeoning but yet culturally diverse Asia Pacific markets for Nestlé, Mars Inc. and Fonterra. Peter, with his global project leadership experience in dairy, non-carbonated beverages and ready-to-eat product categories was responsible for the start up of business operations in China for two of the worlds largest FMCG multi-nationals in the highly competitive food and beverage industry. With his extensive knowledge of the food service business sectors across diverse Asia Pacific Markets and an extensive career history characterized around the start up of new business operations or in the re-direction of growth strategies; Peter founded F&B Solutions Pte Ltd in 2008 as a fact based foodservice consulting and market research business.
