With over 15 years of experience in the sports and fashion industry, I am a senior director at adidas, where I lead the Regional Accounts for the East China Region. My core competencies include strategy, consulting, and transformation, and I have a passion for creating positive impact through sport. I have an MBA from INSEAD, and I speak English and Mandarin fluently.In my current role as Senior Director East Regional Franchise Account Sales, I set and oversee the commercial and P&L achievements with the franchise accounts with annual retail sales of over 1.3B RMB.
