Created and improved processes to help support the fundraising staff. I was also involved in streamlining administration activities and furthering business continuity.Highlights:- I identified and implemented process improvements such as: KPI reporting systems in order to provide a more accurate oversight over the fundraising process.- Through new KPI reporting systems I found trends, which attributed to major losses in donations and provided a detailed risk assessment based on findings and proposed solutions to mitigate the risk.- I am experienced in requirements gathering exercises and documentation, including presentation of solution options.- Created reward systems to motivate fundraisers resulting in increased productivity (i.e. spreadsheets tracking staff member KPIs, creating processes to log bonuses, processes for informing managers and supervisors of staff members hitting KPIs) - Conducted periodical reviews of implemented processes to ensure that the expected outcome had been achieved and delivered to stakeholders.- Introduced change management activities through the facilitation of training programs aimed at key stakeholders to assist in the transition from current state to future state processes.

As the data officer my role entailed making sure that the data quality and accuracy was to a high standard. I was involved in the improvement and creation of processes within the data department that led to an increase in efficiency according to business needs. In addition, I established inferences from trends in data in order to continually allow the business to achieve high standards and discover where improvements can be made. I served as the supervising officer and was the subject matter expert for the data department.Highlights:- Identified, developed and tested new business processes, which led to moving away from a paper-based system to the implementation of a cloud based system. This resulted in increased performance and efficiency for the administration departments.- I identified trends in the data, which helped the business prevent loss of future donors, allowing maximisation of funds given to the client (charities). - I developed templates for data entry, payroll and fundraising support (i.e. spreadsheets, new ways in which to locate and use data efficiently, minimise redundancies in the payroll data).- I am experienced in end-to-end payroll and data processes

I validated the donation information through data quality checking and calling donors to confirm information. I developed excellent communication and customer relation skills through liaising with donors and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and customers.Highlights:- I improved processes for the verifications department which included the refinement of the verifications script to communicate with donors.- Developed new scripts when necessary allowing the business to move towards a standardised method of communication with donors.- Conducted market research activities to identify new technology and tested new solutions, which improved the efficiency of the verification department.- Implemented new processes for logging verification details from donors, which led to a more effective reporting mechanism to better understand Public Outreach's donor base.- Developed tracking methods and processes for donors requests, calls and issues which allowed the business to improve relations with potential donors through consistency between departments.
