I am Chief Enterprise Architect expert at Huawei ,where I lead the EA CoE work,including the design of EA Method, the group's EA planning,implementation and governance work. I am a member of Huawei Enterprise Architecture Committee(EAC).I was the former chief architect of Shenzhen Comtop, which is a holding software company of China Southern Grid. I was responsible for the product and solution architecture , including the grid operation management system, the mobile platform and the big data platform, I also charged the business analysis team and UX team.I was the director of Enterprise Architecture department of Kingdee Research from 2010 to 2013, responsible for promoting the Enterprise Architecture methodology using in ERP software and industry solution developing and enterprise IT planning. I was the leader of Kingdee Solution Foundational Framework, which provides a solution framework including architecture,methodology and practice guidance for Kingdee's Service-Oriented transformation strategy.I am a volunteer of the International Service Society, certified member of PMI and certified architect of the Open Group. I a member of the SOA work group,which had published SOA reference architecture as a international industry standard, I developed the first version of cloud computing reference architecture named CCRA for the cloud computing forum of the Open Group.Specialties: IT strategy &planning, IPD, software engineering, agile project management and software R&D, Enterprise Architecture, SOA, cloud computing, big data platform etc.
