• Working with Pre-Sales, After Sales, and R&D team to provide technical services and product inquiries to help distributors and customers to find suitable solutions according to their requirements or refer them to corresponding team members. • Primarily focus on daily technical support, project support, specialized and public training, product quality-related issues, product customization, customer visits, and reception.• Troubleshooting issues by communicating closely with customers.

• Worked with the R&D team to perform hardware verification on automotive GPS units.• Experience including power supply testing, ports testing, digital interface testing (ie. RS485), system, level testing, environmental testing, reset circuits, flammability testing, and build inspection.• Testing simulation in MATLAB based on Simulink.• Experience in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, benchtop PSUs, environmental chamber. • Experience with soldering, assembly, and re-working. • Experience authoring and executing hardware test plans (protocols) to verify prototypes/products are meeting requirements. • Experience documenting test results and authoring verification documents.
