Our team reviews key models across Insurance, Pensions and Wealth for HSBC global businesses. In addition, we've started reviewing Private Banking and Finance models across the bank.We review end-to-end models from model design, model data and inputs, model implementation, documentation, and model governance. The key objective of our reviews is to provide an independent assessment of the risks within the various businesses and these are communicated on completion of our reviews to key senior stakeholders.

Working with Economic Scenario Generators, stochastic modelling, asset liability modelling, embedded value calculation, embedded derivative valuation etc

My duty as a lecturer was to study the syllabus and other course material before the beginning of the semester and prepare relevant notes, tutorials, projects and tests which were relevant. A lot of my time was spent marking students' work and giving them feedback.
