Peter has held executive positions across a wide spectrum of industries, including manufacturing in the US, education, non-profits, garment, audio-visual equipment trading, as well as engineering consultancy. His heavy involvement in the finance and accountancy industry has empowered him with strong influence in the industry, in both Hong Kong and across the Greater China Region.In his most recent role as the Regional Controller in Fugro, he led his accounting team in developing and maintaining comprehensive, precise, and accurate accounting and project financing control systems. His duties also covered the firm’s Human Resources and Technology departments.On top of his professional career, Peter has also been a prominent figurehead in pushing the accounting industry forward, he was the president of Chartered institute of Management Accountants Hong Kong Division and was awarded the Bronze Medal by the Institute to recognize his outstanding contribution.Besides, he utilizes his close relationship with the Chinese government and its affiliate organizations to strengthen the coordination between the Central Government and elite professionals in Hong Kong. He was thus entrusted by the CPCCC to take up important roles such as the Director of Chinese Overseas Friendship Association and the Founding Director of the Hong Kong Business Accountants Association.Peter also serves in the public sector actively, he is currently a member of the HKSAR IRD Users' Committee and a Board member of the HKSAR Air Transport Licensing Authority.
