In this Role I was responsible for the leadership and management of Arrow's construction business in the Central Region. With a staff of over 40 and an annual turnover in excess of $40m.

We had a staff of about 20 in the Interiors division and typical annual turnover of $18M until such time as the company went into receivership in Feb 2013. Wellington was a continually strong performer across its life and it is generally acknowledged that Wellington's performance was not a contributor to the companies failure.
