• Provided technical advice to secure Compulsory Purchase Orders for an innovative flood alleviation scheme, and won £3m funding from the Regional Development Agency for its physical design and construction• Supported Stanhope PLC, in securing planning permission for an £120m+ mixed retail scheme.• Instigated the initial scoping and subsequent design work for a proposed enhancement of the retail offer of the city centre.
