Experienced strategy and finance professional with a deep passion for entrepreneurship and structuring ambiguous problems to arrive at a solution. Through founding a non-profit, consulting for several companies ranging from pre-seed to post-IPO, and working on potential and realized complex acquisitions ranging from tens of millions to over one billion dollars, including asset purchases and public company carve-outs, I have had the opportunity to drive all phases of company growth, from startup to mature, both organically and through acquisitions across a number of industries. Since reading “Too Big to Fail,” “When Genius Failed,” and “Big Deal” many years ago, I have been enthralled with financial markets, the M&A process, and consuming all the information I possibly can. I have conducted extensive research on financial markets, macroeconomics, and their history. My favorite research paper that I authored was “When Genius Fails,” which was a study I presented on notable bankruptcies in United States history, from Allied Crude to Long Term Capital to SVB, and the recurring themes amongst them. I have never been one to wait for a problem to be solved; rather, I seek solutions and iterate until successful. I deeply believe in volunteerism and am passionate about supporting the military community, young entrepreneurs, and youth athletics.
