Working for the CEO and COO in the senior team of the Good Shepherd Trust I am responsible for providing efficient data, data protection and business support to both the senior leadership team and the 20 schools within the multi academy trust.I have passed my PECB Provisional Data Protection Officer exam and have taken on that role for the trust. I am the first port of call for any breaches, FOI and SAR requests and any data protection support for the trust and I support all of our 20 schools with the completion of these requests.I also created a template to undertake a Data Protection Audit in both our central team office and also our 20 schools. I have undertaken one for our central office, where detailed feedback was passed to the CEO/ COO for implementation. The audits for the schools have seen feedback given to the Head/ School Business Manager for implementation and improvements have been seen in all schools.In my Office Manger capacity I also provide experience in leading projects within the trust that have included procuring equipment for the trust and its schools, creating a professional working office space for the senior leadership team and project managing the internal conferences for both the Head Teachers and the Board.I recently also became the Data Manager for the trust and have supported the central team and all 20 schools with support around the MIS system and I have also provided detailed analysis on the schools assessments results throughout the school year.I have used my experience in risk to help move the risk management forward to a more streamlined focused level within the trust, this has included creating a detailed spreadsheet to track the trust and all our schools current and trended risk performance.I also support all new schools joining the trust around their IT migration and data protection needs.

Working for the Branch Banking Director in the Head Office of TSB Bank I was responsible for providing efficient business support to the Head of Performance and also delivering the strategy and business plan for the Branch Distribution sector through both Management Information and data analysis. My key achievements were -Created and devised National data for the CEO, Regional Directors and Area Directors to enable performance management of 600 branches.Drove a 20% increase from 76% to 96% to the Banks Internal Deposit Machines availability standards through detailed analysis and challenging current behaviours, this was recognised by the senior executives.Devised and led 13 TSB recognition events, securing and working within an agreed £50k budget, collating and sifting through over 1000 nominations, liaising with outside suppliers, managing the event for 150 attendees whilst securing positive feedback each time.Devised key Management Information and data analysis for use within the Branch Distribution Network & Area teams to help pinpoint where focus should be made enabling performance to grow and to drive profitability.Point of contact for excel and coached other members of the team to enable a better overall team performance.In addition I was the lead support to both the Senior Managers within the TSB Branch Distribution and the Strategy and Performance team where I would provide efficient business support through diary management, booking travel, organising meetings, minute taking and conference planning where I organised numerous conferences ranging from 10 to over 100 attendees.

Working for the Verde Project under the Verde Director I was responsible for providing efficient business support to the newly formed team including the Network Performance Manager, to provide analysis and support with key presentations directly for the Chief Executive and to ensure we delivered the business plan for the project through both Management Information and data analysis whilst searching for a buyer for the business. Key achievements - Instrumental in setting up a brand new Network Directors Office, ensuring all management information was readily available to the Chief Executive, Network Director and his team, the structure of this data was used in the establishment of TSB Bank and continued once TSB had been launched.Created successful presentations that were used in Verde executive meetings to potential buyers of the Verde Network.Devising key management information for use within the Network & regional teams which were used in pinpointing emerging trends where focus should be made enabling performance to grow and to drive profitability.Designed, launched and led a new format for the recognition events, designing the criteria, securing and working within a £50k budget, liaising with outside suppliers, collating nominations and managing the event for 150 attendees whilst securing positive feedback.

Working for the London & South East Network Director, I was responsible for providing efficient business support to the Head of Service and Risk and also delivering the strategy and business plan for the Branch Distribution sector through both Management Information and data analysis.I was the lead support to both the service and risk teams throughout London and South East. I oversaw and project managed five quarterly recognition events for appx 180 attendees, ensuring that they were all well received and came in within the agreed budget.I managed a reduction in cash errors seen in our branches across the Region through root cause analysis and clear messaging to our branches, thus saving the bank thousands of pounds.

I also deputised for our Risk Consultants for three months where I would undertake risk assessments of our branches to ensure procedures were being followed.
