My passion lies in learning and development and helping others learn and develop. I have many years of experience in multiple roles as a supervisor or manager. The last five years I have worked for Farmers insurance. I started as a Senior Service Advocate handling calls from Agents to assist with complicated insurance matters. I made sure to take every opportunity given me quickly becoming cross trained in various types of business and specialty (Home, Auto, Umbrella, Inspections, Billing) I then helped Pilot KCS (Knowledge Centered Services) for Farmers insurance before taking a role as a Global Support Representative where I would handle the most difficult of situations that Advocates in Farmers service operations needed assistance with, If a situation became too complicated I was reached out to in order to assist and resolve the situation. I now work as an Internal Trainer, training and assisting in the development of newly hired employees.
