Peter Cohen spent almost 30 years as an investment banker specializing in advising CEOs and Boards on critical strategic and financing opportunities. He was most recently a Managing Director and the Global Head of the Media, Entertainment and Sports group at Barclays in New York.Prior to joining Barclays, Mr. Cohen was a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Media at Blackstone Advisory Partners. Prior to that he was a Managing Director in the Media Investment Banking group at J.P. Morgan. Prior to working at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Cohen was a Legislative Assistant for Representative (now Senator) Charles E. Schumer.Mr. Cohen received a B.A. with Distinction in History from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
