With more than 20 years as a senior media/entertainment executive, Peter has extensive experience in content production, programming and distribution across a variety of genres with a focus on digital distribution and monetization strategies/solutions. He has held senior positions at companies including HBO, CNN International, Rainbow Programming, ACTV, The Box/MTV2, and BillboardLive.Peter was the SVP of Programming and Production at The Box/MTV2 in Miami Beach, managing all network programming and production strategies while increasing cumulative network ratings by 30%. He also created "Fusion," one of the first Internet/broadcast convergent media platforms. He then joined Billboardlive International as Senior Exec Vice President Entertainment/Media- developing B2C strategies for Billboard. He produced the largest venue opening in Miami Beach, booked $8M+ in events and performances in the first six months of operation, produced all live concert events and artists profiles. and designed multimedia programming and distribution strategies.Peter served as the COO of PMG INC. in Barcelona Spain, leading daily operations of an international media/entertainment company producing and distributing multi-genre content globally. He transitioned PMG from a linear business model into a digital content production and distribution company incorporating IPTV, Internet, mobile, OTT, DTH and cable platforms increasing digital revenues by over 70%.He is Managing Partner of New Media Ventures providing strategic consulting/business development services to content owners, production companies, and new media platforms creating digital solutions for content distribution and monetization. This includes Head of Business Development Fashion TV USA, CEO of content development company CedarCrest Productions, Interim COO for Celeran Entertainment an international content production venture, and Head of Business Development for Cseneri- a leading mobile proximity engagement company.
