My mission with Jonson Lure Inc. was to provide high-quality and innovative products that meet the needs and preferences of anglers of all levels and backgrounds. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team that shares my vision and values, and I strive to foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and customer satisfaction.As the President of Jonson Lure Inc., I was responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, marketing, and sales of several fishing tackle brands, including Lighthouse Lures, and Mega Bite Jigs. I led the development and launch of new products, established and maintained strong relationships with key customers and distributors, and negotiated a lucrative deal with Gibbs Fishing, a leading fishing equipment manufacturer, to sell the business in August 2021. Some of the skills that I leveraged and enhanced in this role included sales, management, and marketing strategies.
