• Utilising effective management, leadership and incentives to promote performance and engagement amongst the team. Leading by example in customer service and sales at all times.
• In addition to personal target, facilitating all methods and processes for team to achieve KPIs in sales and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for overseeing quality concerns raised internally or by any customer and liaising with required personnel to mitigate further re-occurrence.
