In my sales role I was responsible for the retention and growth of a portfolio of clients. My approach was a consultative one, where I aimed to identify client needs to ensure that they benefited from the full range of Xtreme’s services. Through proactive account management, I developed and built strong relationships mainly within advertising, marketing.

• I managed a team of ten staff who serviced our advertising agency clients in the pre-internet era. Prime responsibility:
• Manage the team and see that we smoothly delivered the advertising intelligence services that our advertising agency clients required
• Built strong relationships with key clients
• Oversaw liaison between the client service team, production and dispatch departments

As a classically trained actor I worked with many companies during 10 years including Thames TV, BBC, RSC, CTC, Chichester Festival Theatre, Cameron Macintosh, Ed Mirvish Theatre and appeared in London’s West End in award winning productions such as Les Miserables, Into The Woods and Kiss Me Kate.
