As a Critical Care Paramedic I play a vital role in providing advanced pre-hospital medical care to critically ill or injured patients. I am a highly trained emergency medical professional who is capable of advanced medical skills, complex patient assessment and treatment, the transport of critically ill patients, interdisciplinary collaboration and creating, developing and working with clinical teams to achieve best patient outcome.I have a strong background in pre-hospital emergency medicine leadership having worked in several roles covering clinical standards and delivery, safety, operational management, project management and education while still maintaining my critical care paramedic role.I have also been involved in delivering various projects that benefit the community both locally and internationally, such as restructuring operational delivery, reduction of occupational violence, developing, and implementing national clinical guidelines, delivering training programs, numerous and providing humanitarian aid. I am passionate about continuous clinical and organisational improvement, common-sense development, and great working teams.
