Peter serves as Chairman of the SVN International Single Tenant Net Lease Team. This seasoned team helps developers pre-sell their new single tenant building inventory and helps investors buy and sell quality real estate leased to strong credit companies. The Team has completed over $10 Billion in transactions. Peter and his son Chris have built one of the leading national practices and are very active in Drug Stores, Dollar Stores, Auto Parts, Restaurants and other national brands, handling investments, 1031 exchanges and sale-leasebacks. Peter and Chris co-founded Easy Leasebacks, which has become America's Most Creative Sale Leaseback Provider and helps many growing companies fund their growth using real estate. Peter hosts The National Single Tenant Call, Round Table discussions and is a featured speaker at national real estate events and franchise growth conferences. Peter and Chris also co-founded The Dollar General Fund, which allows investors ownership in a managed portfolio of triple net properties leased to Dollar General.
