This was a new Information Center start-up. I had primary responsibility for implememntation of SAS, SAS/Graph/IMS, FOCUS, Tel-a-graf & GDDM, providing user interfaces (mainly via ISPF panels/dialogs) ensuring the success of the initial customer projects. Performed the 3274 microcode customization(s) required for the first graphic devices (display + plotter) on the IBM network (outside the "computer room").

Information Center (aka Customer Services) providing statistical & software expertise to all city departments with SAS, SAS/Graph, SPSS, BMDP, RAMIS, ADRS, MARK IV, & Culprit. I also wrote several user & system utilities to monitor storage (DASD/tape) usage (including one with a greater accuracy than SAS' for calculated tape usage.)

Served as the primary university resource to assist faculty & graduate students with research methods & statistical analysis for theses, publications & presentations, referring specialized needs to other faculty (as needed.) Utilized SPSS, SAS, BMD & Minitab. Taught classes & gave presentations on the use of these tools both at the datacenter & individual graduate classes.Generated several university wide reports (using SPSS.)
