Developed web marketing by placing three new partner offers on gmacmortgage.com EBPP platform. Established detailed web reporting to monitor response rates. Recruited to create and manage a de novo affinity marketing operation as a new business source. Reported to the EVP of Marketing. Managed $3 million marketing and advertising budget. Developed sales and marketing strategy to offer mortgages to consumers through banks, labor unions, credit unions, airline frequent flier programs, financial services firms and employer groups. Responsible for strategy, design and production of B2B and B2C affinity marketing materials using two ad agencies.Key Accomplishments:Exceeded mortgage sales volume targets by 20%+ six consecutive years.Developed co-branded functional mortgage application web sites for clients. Affinity clients hosted the sites as an employee/member benefit. Created over 70 sites; increased sales by 40%. Established over 135 new affinity relationships generating over $1 billion in annual sales volume. Affinity accounted for 8% of the company's retail lending production.
