Leading the AOI community through all social channels, projects and educational initiatives!

Help manage the community discord alongside Xcopy and three other moderators. Overall, my job is to help consistently relay proper information to the community in order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience within the Xcopy community. Highlight includes managing the famous “Grifters” collection drop in partnership with my soon to be employer Async Art. This drop was incredibly successful despite hundreds of bot raiding attempts, a last minute change to the distribution of minting spots and the incredible pressure Xcopy as well as us as a moderation team were under.

Early on: Help manage and expand the Beeple web3 discord and manage the “vibe” of the community.Once the discord became the Official Beeple Owners Discord, my responsibility evolved to ensuring that the community was updated with latest official news and Beeple information as well as relay any important question to the proper Beeple team member for clarification. I also help organize and run discord events such as AMAs between the community and Beeple as well as keep up with simple daily community engagement activities.

Provide exceptional creative direction to interactive 360-video production from development to delivery. Identify operational requirements; accordingly, recruit staff for all project departments. Oversee development of script with a focus on quickly capturing audience attention. Liaise with different departments during pre-production, production, and post-production stages. Ensure seamless operations by directing actors and crew on set.Accomplishments: - Enforce end-to-end controls across production lifecycle to achieve and maintain quality. - Produced and directed “Ambrosia: Mallard Cottage”; that was accepted and screened at 50th Annual Nashville Film Festival -2019 - VR and 360°-video category.

Produced 8 short films including 2 VR/360 shorts.Directed 10 short films including 2 VR/360 shorts.Written 3 feature length films and numerous short films.

Responsibilities beyond daily discord management (security and community engagement) included conceiving of weekly and monthly community event schedules such as AMAs, interviews, giveaways, contest and metaverse meetups. I was responsible for artist outreach including onboarding recognized names such as Ripcache, Dez Lucrece, Kenny Schachter and more. Helped conceive experiences that advanced our current platform/technologies such as developing the Dynamic Honoraries portion of our latest Forever Supper project. These Honoraries onboarded several leading champions and influencers within the space to actively engage with our product. These names included: Farokh, Deeze, Matt Medved and others.
