Developing the commercial capabilities and contractual frameworks to manage a national network of trades to deliver a full range of insurance assessments and repairs cost effectively

Oversee delivery of commercial and contractual obligations for two contracts with nbn providing activation and assurance services for nbn's network.Responsible for pricing of field activities and supporting overhead, negotiating variations and disputes and KPI management.

Maintain all technical, operational and commercial elements of contracts in Telstra's external plant (access) network portfolio with overall cost responsibility around $500M over 50 contracts.Responsible for negotiation of new contracts and renewal of existing contracts including all pricing, variations and dispute negotiations.

Develop benchmarking models for the Telstra's investment program including both commercial and operational metrics to provide quantitative support for sourcing decisions for both the capital (>$2B pa) and customer service ($500m pa) programs. Also responsible for the ongoing assurance and improvement of the model's performance and accuracy.

Several roles including managing the tendering and execution of design and construction contracts, leading the team responsible for the managing access network contractor operations and performance in Brisbane ($100m pa), negotiating all access contracts pricing and providing contract governance and advice on a national basis.

Lead the technical team planning optical fibre and coaxial cable networks to deliver Pay TV in Qld. Also project managed the construction of optical fibre, coax, aerial and pit and pipe construction connecting more than 600,000 premises to Telstra's HFC network in south east Qld.
