Specialist knowledge was gained in project execution strategy development, procurement strategy development, project controls, asset revaluations, due diligence studies, and conceptual estimating. In addition the opportunity to undertake projects in other southern and east African countries yielded experience of a different kind – that of undertaking work in remote regions with little to no support infrastructure.
