Pete is known for his ability to identify issues and solve complex problems for his clients while delivering practical solutions. As a result, his diversified clients are able to make confident financial decisions regarding their strategic business initiatives. He currently serves as a Principal (“Partner”) in the Boston office of PwC’s Transaction Services Valuation Practice. Pete specializes in managing complex transactions and international restructurings for corporate clients across a variety of industries. His work is used to assist clients with strategic, financial reporting and tax issues. Pete’s career has also allowed him to work in the firm’s Assurance, Tax and Advisory practices. This unique experience allows him to take a big picture perspective regardless of the issue presented. Clients and colleagues note that Pete has “the amazing ability to see the big picture while focusing on the small details that matter”. Pete’s commitment to staff development and focus on continuous growth led to his current role as National Leader of practice’s Learning and Development function and his participation in the firm’s financial literacy program. In addition, as a leader on PwC’s valuation technical committee, he is able to stay current with the latest hot topics and interact and provide guidance to his colleagues across the country. Pete received his B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University and his M.B.A. from the Anderson Graduation School of Management at UCLA. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA Institute.One the personal side, Pete is married with three children and lives in a seaside community south of Boston. He is an avid sports fan, enjoys coaching youth sports, traveling and spending time on the ocean.
