After 3 years at CTL I was part of the Senior Team that saw sales grow from NZ$30 million to NZ$38 million. Sales Revenue grew $8m, or 27% over this time. Milestone projects completed during this time in no particular order:- Bumper Brand relaunch and creation of new 'SLICE'​ and raw snacking range architecture. Initial 'SLICE' products sold 3x their initial budgeted sales in launch year. 2016 saw the launch of the new Bumper Bliss Balls range which gained strong initial ranging and trial- Re-organised the brand team structure and focus areas - Strategic contribution and input into a Seasonal sales program (Christmas Cookies Seller program) that demonstrated continued growth and record sales in 2015- Led and inputted strategically into the OSM/One Square Meal rebrand and range renovation/innovation project. This was launched to market in Feb 2016. In June 2016 the brand had returned to year on year growth and was 20% up for the comparative QTR vs. LY

Appointed by the Board to this role from my previous position as International Sales & Marketing Director within the company. Led 13 months of strategic planning and restructuring work within this New Zealand honey exporter, prior to being approached to join Cookie Time Limited in Christchurch in a senior management role.

In this role I developed the commercial business development & growth plan. This role required dedicated focus to nurture and further build on the solid, existing trading base in the UK and SE Asia. My focus centred within SE Asia, further building sales development in South Korea and Mainland China. In addition online sales were developed. Following a Marketing restructure within the DonKRC smallgoods division, my role was evolved to develop the strategic marketing planning, plus manage the growth and advertising of the Deli and Meat Case product categories, including Ham, Bacon, Salami, Continental Meats & Frankfurts/Sausages. This role oversaw both the customer and consumer marketing development within this business area. The Deli and Meat Case proportion of DonKRC at that time was around 60% of the business.
